Verizon has declared a surplus condition in twenty-four (24) titles within Force Adjustment Areas (“FAAs”) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. 

Special EIPP offers will be tendered to those employees in the surplus titles and FAAs involved by August 27, 2024. An employee’s election to leave the service of the Company and receive Special EIPP payments must be in writing and transmitted to the Company within 15 days of the offer, in this case September 10, 2024. The off-payroll date for employees who accept the offer will be September 29, 2024.
