The Collective Bargaining Agreement between CWA/IBEW and Verizon requires the Company to fund the programs enacted by the Work and Family Committees at $1.4 million per year, each August through 2030.

2026 Forms are now available for:
- Summer Camp - to age 16
- Maximum $1,000 per family
- Maximum $500 per child
- Online submission thru VZ BenefitsConnection (tentative launch August 2026)
- Employees would be required to enter their dependent name, provider name, EIN#, amount paid, and upload a copy of proof of payment to submit their request for processing.
Health and Wellness and College Books have been suspended for 2026
Appeal Process:
Appeals must be received within 45 days of your written notification of denial of enrollment or within 45 days of a denial of reimbursement for expenses.
Appeals must be submitted to: verizon.benefits.team@verizon.com
- Please put: Program Name - Appeal in the subject line of the email
- You must attach all necessary documentation when filing an appeal.
- Include a valid reach number and current email address for a response.
