High School Student Driver Education ~ $600 per dependent  (one and done)

Defensive Driving Reimbursement ~ $100 per family every 3 years

Tutoring Reimbursement ~ $1,000 per family

• • dependents receiving tutoring from an accredited program 
  • must be postmarked by 1/10/25 ~ paid 4/25/25

College books for employee, spouse and children ~ $1,000 per calendar year

• • must be postmarked by 1/10/25 ~ paid 3/28/25

Dependent Care Application and Reimbursement Form ~ Increased to $200 per week per family 

• • Must reapply before May reimbursement is processed
  • Must be postmarked by 2nd Friday of following month

Summer Camp Flyer and Reimbursement Form~ Increased to $2,000 per family - increased to age 18

• • must be postmarked by 9/13/24 ~ paid 12/20/24

Health and Wellness ~ Increased to $500 per session 

• • Session 1:  1/1 - 6/30:  postmarked by 6/21/24 - paid 8/30/24
  • Session 2:  7/1 - 12/31: postmarked by 12/20/24 -  paid 2/28/25

Pendant Program Application and Reimbursement Form up to 2 per member ~ $60 per month - paid quarterly
